What are the shipping options available?

We have three available shipping options:

  • Express DHL delivery (3-5 business days from the moment package is dispatched)
  • Regular shipping (13-15 business days from the moment package is dispatched)
  • EMS (7-13 business days from the moment package is dispatched)

The price for each shipping method depends on the customer's country, and the best way to calculate it is by entering the shipping address at the checkout page.

How do I track the shipment?

As soon as your star map is processed, we will send you an email with your tracking information so you can follow your package. The information on the tracking page can take up to 48 hours to be updated from the moment your order is dispatched. Please, check it in a few hours in case the tracking has not yet been updated.

Regular shipping orders are sent via regular post and, in most cases, passed on to your country's national postal service. To get the most recent updates, we highly recommend using your country's postal service website. The other option would be to use the website https://www.17track.net/en.
